01

Define the reporting relationship.

The recovered owner plan includes a workspace for the owner’s agency. That is an intended use, not evidence of an active client portal. A reporting brief should identify who prepares the report, who reviews it and which recipient is authorised to receive it. Avoid adding client identities or confidential campaign information to a public demonstration.

02

Make the review easy to follow.

Organise a reporting conversation around the question, the evidence and the next decision. Keep background details available without letting them obscure the main issue. Record who needs to clarify an uncertainty and what would count as an answer. An illustrative dashboard can explain this structure, but it cannot establish a measured business result or customer endorsement.

03

Keep approvals separate from preparation.

Preparing a report and authorising its distribution are different steps. Decide what information each recipient needs and which claims require a final review. Use clear status wording for drafts and proposed actions. Specific external customer packages, subscriptions, prices and delivery commitments for ReportNivo remain unconfirmed; this website offers informational guidance rather than an operating agency reporting service.
