01

Keep the observation distinct from the explanation.

A source may show a change without showing why it happened. State the observed pattern first, then identify possible explanations as hypotheses. Record what evidence would help distinguish them. Avoid turning an automatically drafted narrative into a claim of certainty merely because it reads smoothly.

02

Leave consequential decisions with a responsible person.

A proposed reporting assistant can prepare a summary or organise questions. Budget changes, publication and client commitments still need a separately defined authority and review step. Make the difference between a draft and an approved action visible. The examples on this site do not execute decisions, retrieve real accounts or send reports.

03

Evaluate one bounded example at a time.

Choose a small reporting question and a known source before proposing a wider workflow. Define the expected result, the checks and the point at which the process should stop for clarification. The owner’s Whatagraph and AgencyAnalytics references describe the intended product direction; they do not establish feature parity, functioning connectors, prices or delivery guarantees.
